US domestic shipping
Orders typically process within 1–2 business days and arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout; expedited options are available for an additional fee. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
International shipping
We ship internationally — wherever you are, we’ll get your order to you. Shipping times and costs depend on your country and the items you pick, and sometimes customs can add a surprise, so please check local rules. If anything goes wrong, reach out and we’ll sort it together.

RETURNS
Return Cost
We cover returns for defects or our errors. For change of mind, you pay a flat return fee or the original shipping cost. Refunds issued after inspection; return shipping/restocking fees deducted. Free returns may apply during some sales—see your order confirmation.
30 Days to Return
Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, product with tags and original packaging. Include your receipt or order number and packing slip. Refunds to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Final sale items are not returnable. Shipping costs nonrefundable unless we made an error. Returns and Exchanges
Returns/exchanges accepted within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged jewelry in original packaging with tags/certificates. To start, contact Customer Service with your order number and reason. Eligible returns get a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection. Exchanges processed after approval. Final sale and personalized/engraved items are non-returnable.
